"Delivery Area" means the Southwest, Western Australia within which we are willing to deliver goods ordered as described on this web site;
"Order" means an order to purchase goods from Getawayshop submitted by you;
"Product List" means the list of goods, as ammended from time to time, displayed on the Getawayshop web site.

Getawayshop hampers contain alcohol and may only be purchased and delivered to persons over the age of 18. Hampers are not gift wrapped, however they are delivered in Getawayshop packaging.
Our stock is ordered in advance and every effort is made to have availability of all items.
However, if an item is unavailable we will substitute it with an alternative of equal or greater value.
Some products have been photographed with additional props. Unless listed some items are not included.
Please ensure all delivery details entered are correct. Inaccurate or missplelt information may result in delivery delays. Any re-delivery charges will be passed on to the customer.
Getawayshop will not accept liability for any lost, stolen or damaged articles arising from late delivery or after delivery has taken place.
No deliveries are made on weekends or public holidays. Delivery time frames are calculated on business days and are intended as a guide only.
Getawayshop cannot be responsible for delivery days beyond our control.
